This is Sharon modeling my tricolor sash and pretending to be Enjolhorse, the stunningly gorgeous and dazzlingly righteous palomino...she was worried that she looks too much like a mare in this pose, but I reassured her that Enjolhorse was probably a gelding anyway. (Please don't hurt me.)

I made it, along with a crop of others. :) [link] (I got my mom to cut the strips though, I'd never've gotten them straight. >.<) Let me tell you though, I could not have made it all the way through hemming all those long sides without my cousin reading me Les Mis...

Ah, you're so lucky to have sashes. I've wanted one since forever...Luckily, though, I do, at least, have a big red flag (aka a huge thing of red fabric from a craft store that I tied to an old walking stick thingy...), and I love and cherish that. And then I have a smaller bolt of red cloth that I take with me on vacations, since we always seem to be on vacation when Bastille Day rolls around...:|

Awwww. We have our own red flag, who used to be Enjolras' tablecloth until she and I dyed it red. She's got holes and everything.
